(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's a suspect in a suspicious fire at a Southeast Portland apartment is in custody.  Police say 28-year-old Joshua Aaron Bigsby has been linked to the Saturday morning fire, which injured two people at the apartment in the 15-thousand-800 block of Southeast Division.  One of those injured suffered serious burns.  Bigsby is facing charges that include first-degree arson, reckless endangering, and first-degree criminal mischief.
