Marion County Judge Accused Of Ethical Misconduct

(Salem, OR)  --  A Marion County Circuit Court judge who's accused of refusing to perform same-sex weddings is also accused of other ethics violations.  Judge Vance Day is being investigated for, among other things, hanging a portrait of Adolf Hitler in the county's courthouse without permission.  Day says he hung the portrait to honor the Americans that defeated Hitler's ideology.  The investigation of the judge is for alleged violations of the Oregon Code of Judicial Conduct and the Oregon Constitution on several occasions.
