(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a man was found dead in a house that was damaged by fire in Southeast Portland.  Firefighters arrived around two p.m. yesterday at the home in the 42-hundred block of Southeast 9th Avenue.  Officials say after the fire was knocked down, the body of a man in his 60s was found in the house.  A second man who tried to rescue the victim from the burning home suffered minor injuries.
