(Woodburn, OR)  --  The treasurer of a youth baseball organization is accused of stealing eight-thousand dollars from the group.  Police say 47-year-old Julia Harmon of Woodburn admitted to stealing the money.  Harmon served as treasurer of the Mid-Valley Youth Baseball Association.  Authorities say the thefts happened between January 2015 and August 2015.
