(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's accused of exposing himself to young girls is behind bars.  Portland police say Eric Garcia matches the description of a man who was reported to have been on a bicycle when he exposed himself to the victims, ages ten and 14.  The latest incident happened Wednesday near Chief Joseph School in North Portland.  Police are investigating to determine whether there are more victims.
