(Vancouver, WA)  --  The Vancouver City Council is getting public input on whether to impose an outright ban on fireworks, or to send the issue residents for an advisory vote.  The proposal is under discussion because of a number of complaints fielded by the city concerning the use of fireworks.  A public meeting was held on the issue last night, and two more hearings will take place before a final Council vote is taken.
