(Linn County, OR)  --  A Lincoln County man is dead, after falling 100 feet off a cliff while on a camping trip in Linn County.  Authorities say 61-year-old Stephen Bass of Toledo fell from the cliff Sunday afternoon while with a friend near Gordon Meadows.  Crews had to rappel down the cliff to reach Bass's body, which was recovered yesterday.  Investigators are trying to determine what led to the fall.
