(Clatskanie, OR)  --  The husband of Clatskanie Mayor Diane Pohl is facing more than two-dozen charges of indecency.  Raymond Pohl is accused of harassing the family of a police officer who lodged racism allegations against Police Chief Marvin Hoover, who has since retired.  Mayor Pohl praised Hoover following his retirement, saying he did a good job during his time as a public servant.  Raymond Pohl's bail was set at 30-thousand dollars after he was booked into the Columbia County Jail.
