(Milwaukie, OR)  --  One person is being hospitalized for serious injuries following a hit-and-run crash in Milwaukie.  Police say the crash happened Wednesday night near Southeast Main and Milport, after one driver got out of his car and confronted the other driver.  Authorities say the other driver backed his vehicle up, hit the first man, then drove off.  Police say there are conflicting reports on the description of the suspect's vehicle, but he's described as white, slender build, between 30 and 40 years old, with a bald head or buzzed hair.
