(Portland, OR)  --  A jury awards three-million dollars to a nurse who sued Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center for wrongful termination.  The Oregonian reports the jury found that Linda Boly was fired not for poor job performance but for taking issue with ways the hospital was slashing dollars.  Boly said those measures led to inadequate patient care.  The hospital was also ordered by the jury to pay her legal fees.
