(Astoria, OR)  --  State police are looking into a deadly head-on crash near Astoria.  Investigators think a 16-year old girl lost control of her car in a corner and slammed into a state Department of Fish and Wildlife truck on Highway 202 on Saturday.  The teen girl, later identified as Jade Morgan by KATU-TV, was killed in the crash.  The driver of the other car was treated at a hospital for undisclosed injuries.
