(Douglas County, OR)  --  An unidentified Coos Bay woman is dead following a near head-on crash on Highway 38 in Douglas County.  State Police say the crash was reported around 7:20 p.m. Saturday and happened just east of Scottsburg.  The woman was headed west when she crossed the center line and crashed nearly head-on into another vehicle.  The driver and passenger in the other car were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
