(Undated)  --  Oregon has one of the most fair tax systems in the country, compared to other states.  Financial website WalletHub looked at how well states manage to keep income, sales, property, and other taxes from being unfairly burdensome to the lower and middle classes.  It found Oregon had the second best system in the nation, behind only Montana.  The survey says neighbor Washington has the worst system in the nation.
