(Portland, OR)  --  An effort to recall the mayor of Clatskanie is officially on the books.  A prospective petition to recall Mayor Diane Pohl was submitted yesterday at the City's Recorder office.  Opponents of Pohl say the mayor failed to support a police officer who filed a report alleging misconduct by former Police Chief Marvin Hoover.
