(Portland, OR)  --  The man running several non-profit activities out of the decommissioned Gladstone plant is ordered to vacate the premises.  Jerry Herrmann and his Earth Crusaders have occupied the Clackamas River property rent free for 23 years.  Gladstone leased the property to him in 1992 to use for non-profit ventures rent free if he cleaned up and maintained the land.  A judge yesterday rejected his claim he had a legal contract to stay until next summer.
