(Clatskanie, OR)  --  The husband of Clatskanie Mayor Diane Pohl is resigning from the city's planning commission after his arrest for public indecency.  Ray Pohl is out on bail after he was booked into jail last week.  He is charged with 30 counts for allegedly exposing himself at drive-through coffee shops in the area.
