Drowning Victim Identified As Portland Man

(Portland, OR)  --  Sheriff's deputies say a man whose body was recovered from the Willamette River has been identified as a Portland resident.  Thirty-two-year-old Ernest Lee Foster was reported missing a week ago.  A search was conducted on Ross Island, and Foster's body was recovered from the river Tuesday.  The drowning has been ruled accidental.
