(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a man who drove a motorized wheelchair into traffic in Southeast Portland has died of his injuries.  Authorities say 39-year-old Ronald Shapland was hit by a pickup early Saturday morning on Southeast 82nd Avenue and Clinton Street.  Officials say Shapland may have been intoxicated.  The driver of the pickup, 68-year-old George Michael Bute, cooperated with police following the crash.
