(Portland, OR)  --  A suspect in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Portland is behind bars.  Twenty-year-old Frederick James Ryerson, Jr. is facing charges in connection with the crash that killed 34-year-old Christopher Bryan Chandler.  Chandler died at a hospital following the Sunday morning crash in the Kern neighborhood.  Ryerson was arraigned yesterday.
