(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's been wanted by Oregon authorities for 25 years is now in custody, after being arrested in Mexico.  Officials say Paul Jackson was apprehended yesterday by Mexican authorities and U.S. marshals.  Jackson was indicted on rape and kidnapping charges in June 1990, but fled before a trial could begin.  Deportation hearings are to begin soon for Jackson in Mexico.
