Flags Flying At Half-staff In WA For Roseburg Shooting Victims

(Olympia, WA)  --  Flags at state government buildings throughout Washington are flying at half-staff to honor the victims of last week's shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg.  Governor Jay Inslee issued the order late Friday afternoon.  All flags at state buildings will fly at half-staff until the close of business tomorrow
