(Portland, OR)  --  Three 18-year-olds are facing weapons charges after firearms were heard falling out of the teens' vehicle.  Portland police say officers patrolling the area heard the guns fall from the car and hit the sidewalk near Woodlawn Park Saturday.  Officers arrested Marshall C. Richmond Jr., Timothy W. Wilson, and Leontrell R. Mitchell on multiple charges.  Police say a total of three weapons fell out of the vehicle.
