(Roseburg, OR)  --  Members of the community are pitching in to assist families of the victims of the mass shooting at Umpqua Community College.  A fund, set up by the Greater Douglas United Way, has raised more than 300-thousand dollars for the victims' families so far.  A number of individual GoFundMe accounts have also been established for the families.
