(Happy Valley, OR)  --  Happy Valley police are looking for a suspect who was caught on video, stealing 80-thousand dollars' worth of medical supplies from a front porch.  Authorities say the surveillance video, recorded at a home in the ten-thousand block of Southeast Champagne Lane, captured clear images of the thief stealing the package Friday afternoon and tossing it into the back of a dark-colored hatchback.  Anyone with information helpful to the investigation is asked to call 503-723-4949.
