(Portland, OR)  --  Three suspects in the murder of a therapist in California are in custody, after being apprehended in Portland.  The body of Steve Carter was found Monday on a hiking trail in the Loma Alta Open Space Preserve.  Authorities say the suspects, Sean Michael Angold, Morrison Haze Lampley, and Lila Scott Allgood, were found in Carter's car when they were arrested yesterday outside a community dining hall in Southeast Portland.  Officials say Lampley has a criminal record in Multnomah County.
