(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police have a man in custody after accusing him of firing shots outside a bar.  Authorities say Tyi Anthony Steffens was inside the bed of a pickup truck that was pulling out of the parking lot of the Powellhurst Tavern on Southeast Powell Boulevard early Saturday morning.  Police say Steffens fired a gun from the bed of the truck, but no one was reported injured.  Officials say Steffens was "non-compliant" as he was ordered by police to get out of the truck and was apprehended after rounds were fired from a "less lethal shotgun."
