(Olympia, WA)  --  It's now illegal in Washington to have an open container of marijuana in a car, and police across the state are cracking down.  According to the law, the term "open container" means the original package in which you bought the product has been opened, even if you've re-sealed it.  The Washington State Patrol says open containers of pot must be carried in the trunk of the vehicle.  Violators are subject to 136-dollar fines.
