(Yakima, WA)  --  A suspect is in custody, after a missing child from Yakima and her missing mother were found safe in Spokane.  Police say three-year-old Lupita Tellez and 20-year-old Vivianna Cruz, who were subjects of an AMBER Alert, were seen yesterday being forced into a car.  Authorities say they've arrested the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Kyle Arellano.  Arellano is facing charges of burglary and kidnapping.
