(Portland, OR)  --  A man is being hospitalized after being shot outside an apartment complex in Northeast Portland.  Police were dispatched around 8:30 last night to the Parkway Gardens Apartments on Northeast Sandy Boulevard after receiving a report of multiple shots fired.  The victim is being treated for life-threatening injuries, but officials say he may survive.  Authorities haven't identified a suspect.
