(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police have an 18-year-old in custody after he was accused of distributing narcotics.  Authorities say Jose Dejesus Mejia [[ de-HAY-soos muh-HEE-uh ]] was arrested yesterday in a Portland hotel room, where he had possession of one kilogram of heroin and 33-thousand dollars in cash.  Mejia was booked on charges of manufacturing, delivery, and possession of heroin.
