(Walla Walla, WA)  --  Washington Governor Jay Inslee says he believes climate change will be a major issue in the 2016 presidential election.  The governor says the issue has the potential of being a winner for the Democratic nominee.  SeattlePI.com reports Inslee is predicting "Republicans will be voting for Democrats" because of climate change and the people's interest in having a clean-energy economy.
