(Oregon City, OR)  --  An Albany man who's accused of stabbing another man to death at an Interstate 5 rest area is being held without bail.  Oregon State Police say 37-year-old Michael-Daniel Timothy Stepina is accused of killing 55-year-old Timothy Scott Way of Beavercreek at the French Prairie Rest Area on Monday.  Police say the suspect admitted to the stabbing, saying the victim had sexually molested him.  Authorities say Stepina has a criminal history.
