(Washougal, WA)  --  Police are trying to determine the cause of a crash that killed a woman near Washougal.  The Washington State Patrol says 38-year-old Rebekah Maggart was westbound Saturday on S-R 14 when she left the roadway and crashed into a guard rail.  Maggart was ejected from her car.  She died later at PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver.
