(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County authorities say a body that was recovered Friday from the Willamette River was that of a California man.  The Medical Examiner's office says 48-year-old Manuel Gonzales Pena, Jr. died of drowning.  Investigators are trying to determine how Pena drowned.  Officials say there were no signs of trauma.
