(Newberg, OR)  --  The WestRock paper mill in Newberg is set to close in mid-November, putting more than 200 people out of work.  WestRock officials say a declining demand for newsprint and other paper products make it necessary to discontinue the mill's operation.  WestRock purchased the mill only about two weeks ago.  The company says it's also closing mills in Ohio and Connecticut and partially closing a facility in Florida.
