(Undated)  --  A new Forbes survey ranks Washington among the top ten states for business.  The Evergreen state is in the tenth spot, down from eighth last year, scoring well in criteria including strength of workforce, low business costs, and pro-business regulatory environments.  Forbes says Washington's economic outlook is bright, with household incomes projected to increase at the second fastest rate through 2019.  Utah ranks first in the Best States for Business survey, followed by North Carolina, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Colorado.
