(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's linked to a 1988 murder in Portland will remain behind bars pending trial.  Authorities believe Walter Wayne Howard killed Renee Harvey in January of that year.  Multnomah County Judge Kelly Skye says she denied bail for Harvey because of DNA evidence linking him to the crime.  The victim was found shot to death in her apartment.
