(Portland, OR)  --  Prices at the gas pump are still on the way down in the Portland area.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for regular is two-31 a gallon, a half-cent lower than yesterday's average.  It's also nearly four-and-a-half-cents a gallon cheaper than a week ago.
