(Portland, OR)  --  A suspect remains on the loose after a man and a woman were stabbed in Northwest Portland.  Police say the stabbing happened around eight o'clock yesterday morning under a bridge near Union Station on Northwest 6th.  Authorities say the woman was seriously injured, but both victims are expected to survive.  There's no word on a description of the suspect.
