(Eugene, OR)  --  Eugene police are investigating what they believe to be a murder-suicide.  Authorities say it appears 44-year-old Jeffrey Brian March killed his girlfriend, 43-year-old Athena Slavin, at a home on Compton Street before taking his own life.  Autopsies will be conducted by the Lane County Medical Examiner.
