(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon State Police say an officer-involved shooting led to a huge traffic tie-up on Interstate 5 in Salem.  Authorities say a high-speed southbound chase began near Woodburn around 5:45 yesterday evening and ended near Kuebler Boulevard in Salem, where a trooper opened fire at the suspect.  Authorities say the suspect died.  Traffic was detoured to Kuebler to Commercial, and then back onto I-5.
