(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for two suspects following the shooting death of a man near Legacy Emanuel hospital in North Portland.  Authorities say two younger black males were seen fleeing the area of North Vancouver Avenue and Fargo Street after the victim was shot around 3:15 yesterday afternoon.  The man, believed to be in his late teens or early 20s, died later at a hospital.  Police say the suspects may have left the area in a silver vehicle.
