(Portland, OR) -- Police say a GPS device led officers and an "Inside Edition" film crew to a stolen bike worth 19-hundred dollars. A producer with the TV show bought the two-wheeler as a "bait bike" for a series it was preparing on stolen bikes, and chained it to a sign post at Northwest Sixth Avenue and Glisan Street. After the bike was stolen, the GPS device led police and the crew to a man who said he traded two tablets for the bike. Police say the man, 48-year-old Leroy Parsons, Jr., won't reveal the person with whom he traded for the Trek Fuel EX 5 bike.
