(Portland, OR)  --  A reward is being offered for information on the deadly shooting of a 26-year-old man in North Portland.  Police have identified the victim as Laray Seamster, who was gunned down Wednesday afternoon in the area of North Vancouver Avenue and Fargo Street.  Witnesses reported seeing two younger black males fleeing the scene of the murder, possibly in a silver vehicle.  Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to 25-hundred dollars for information leading to an arrest in the case.
