(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police have a man in custody after he was accused of deliberately setting a string of fires in the downtown area.  Authorities say Brandon J. Miller recently moved to Portland from California.  He's charged with first-degree arson and ten counts of reckless burning in connection with ten fires that were set on November 12th.  One of those fires was in the lobby of the Hotel Monaco.
