(Portland, OR)  --  A cargo ship that ran aground along the Columbia River is now in Portland.  Officials say the Viking Emerald was towed by tug boats to Portland's Terminal 6 after it ran up on the bank of the river Saturday afternoon near Columbia City.  The ship was on its way to Portland from Tacoma when the incident happened.
