(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County sheriff's deputies say two kilos of heroin were found on a passenger in a taxicab that was pulled over for a violation.  The stop was made around 1:30 yesterday afternoon in Portland, at the intersection of Southeast 126th Avenue and Southeast Stark Street.  Authorities say the heroin was found in the passenger's baggage.  Jose Ramirez Garcia is being charged with possession and distribution of a controlled substance.  The cab driver received a verbal warning.
