(Portland, OR)  --  A new estimate from Portland State University shows Oregon's population now exceeds the four-million milestone.  University researchers say Oregon reached the four-million mark at some point during 2015.  The state reached a population of three-million in 1993.  Portland State researchers say the population growth shows Oregon has a healthy economy.
