(Monroe, WA)  --  Three people are dead in storm-related incidents across Washington.  A man was killed near Monroe yesterday when a tree fell on his car.  A woman died when a tree fell on top of her in Spokane's South Hill neighborhood, and another woman died when a tree landed on her vehicle five miles east of Cheney.  Hundreds of thousands of customers remain without electricity statewide.
