(Portland, OR) -- Portland's daily newspaper is reportedly planning more staff cutbacks. "Willamette Week" reports "The Oregonian" is asking more than two-dozen employees to volunteer for buyouts. Layoffs could occur if not enough people volunteer. The "Oregonian" reduced home delivery of its print edition to three days a week in 2013 and has placed more of an emphasis on its online edition. About 100 of the newspaper's employees were also laid off.
